Fare Guarantee: You will only pay what is listed above as long as you do not increase the number of stops or request additional services.

Booking Confirmation: Once we confirm your reservation in our system (usually within 30 minutes of your online booking), we will place an authorization on your card for the amount of the trip. If you don't have 30 minutes, please call us directly at (925) 222-2222.

Cancellation Policy: All rides are refundable up to 4 hours prior to the reservation time. Reservations booked with less than 4 hours before their pickup time are non-refundable.

Vehicle Availability: If vehicles in your preferred vehicle class are not available, we will offer you the next best class alternative. Your credit card will not be authorized until you confirm.
